What payment methods are available?

Tarjeta de Crédito o Débito emitidas en la República Mexicana
El Usuario puede realizar el pago de su compra de forma segura con cualquier tarjeta de crédito o débito Visa, MasterCard o American Express. Es importante mencionar que la autorización final de la compra dependerá del Banco del Cliente.

Paypal
El Usuario puede realizar el pago con su cuenta Paypal.

Pago en efectivo en tiendas de conveniencia
Las principales tiendas de conveniencia afiliadas son Walmart, Farmacias del Ahorro, 7 Eleven, Farmacias Benavides, Circulo K, Waldo´s. Aquí puede encontrar la lista completa: https://www.openpay.mx/tiendas/ Cabe señalar que, en las tiendas de conveniencia, solo se aceptarán pagos en efectivo. Cada tienda acepta un monto máximo diferente por pago, detallados en esta página: https://www.paynet.com.mx/ Al finalizar su compra en el Sitio, el Cliente recibirá una referencia de pago digital con la cual podrá proceder al pago de su pedido dentro de un plazo máximo de 3 días calendarios, en cualquiera de las sucursales de las tiendas afiliadas en la República Mexicana. En caso de devoluciones y pagando en efectivo en una tienda de conveniencia, el Cliente debe contar con una cuenta bancaria a su nombre para que proceda el reembolso (ver apartado “Reembolso”).

Opción de pago con meses sin intereses en caso de promociones
Opción únicamente disponible para pagos con tarjeta de crédito y, cuando se realicen y publiquen en el Sitio, serán únicamente de tres meses sin intereses. Para calcular el monto mensual de su pago bajo el programa de Meses Sin Intereses (MSI), dividimos el monto total de su compra en partes iguales según la duración de su plan. El Costo Anual Total (CAT) del programa de meses sin intereses es 0%. No cobramos intereses por las compras con MSI; sin embargo, se podrían cobrar comisiones según el acuerdo que el Cliente tenga con el banco emisor de su tarjeta de crédito.

How do you deliver my order?

Delivery is made through courier companies contracted by Nivada Swiss for national and international shipment of your purchase orders placed and concluded at www.nivadaswiss.online. All our shipments are standard.

You can request more information on the shipping method to our email atencion@nivadaswiss.com.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer, which must be made at the time of confirming the order, provided that it is located within the Mexican Republic.

What are the requirements for delivery of my order?

At the time of receiving the product, at the indicated address, the Customer is obliged to:

1. present an original valid official identification with the name of the Customer or of the final recipient,
2. Open the package and check the product (the case must contain the watch, potential accessories, the sealed warranty, and the instruction manual) in front of the parcel agent before signing the delivery receipt,
3. Note the condition in which your package arrived on the delivery receipt, noting any potential faults (incomplete package, damaged watch, etc.); in this case, it should be noted that you must keep the product and not return it at that time to the courier, the return has another procedure (see "Return" section).

In case of any damage, the Customer may use the means indicated in the "Return" or "Warranty" section of these Terms and Conditions.

What is the delivery time?

Our purchase orders are processed in less than 72 business hours. The delivery of the merchandise will be made in a period of 3 to 5 working days on average once the purchase order has been processed and the payment has been confirmed. It is important to mention that, in order to comply with this, it is necessary that the recipient's address contains complete data.

Delivery is made through courier companies outside Nivada Swiss, contracted for this purpose by the latter. It is therefore possible that delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In the event that the product is not delivered on time, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim any default interest from Nivada Swiss.

At any time, the Customer may check the status of the shipment (on the parcel company's website) with the tracking number provided by e-mail after the purchase. You may also contact the Nivada Swiss Customer Service Center for the shipping status.

What is the delivery cost?

The delivery of your product is free of charge on your purchase throughout the Mexican Republic.

How can I request an invoice?

To request your invoice, it will be necessary to send the following data to our e-mail atencion@nivadaswiss.com

Once invoiced you will not be able to make refunds. You have until the end of the month of your purchase to request your invoice.

When does the warranty apply?

The Company imports Nivada Swiss watches and guarantees them against manufacturing and workmanship defects, as well as their parts and components for a period of 1 (one) year, from the moment of purchase.

To validate this warranty, you must send the product along with the policy duly stamped, the photocopy of proof of payment or email confirmation of purchase as appropriate (and in both cases must contain the order number), a photocopy of the current official identification of the Customer (person who made the purchase and if a photocopy of the current official identification of the final recipient) to the Customer Service Center listed at the end of this warranty, where you can repair and / or purchase spare parts, parts, consumables and accessories potentially necessary; who will be responsible for the transportation costs to make this warranty effective in the Mexican Republic.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL ATTACHED TO YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE USING IT.
You can also find the instructions in our web page www.nivadaswiss.com, heading "User Manuals". Quartz watches are powered by a 1.5 V battery.

Exceptions not covered by the warranty:

- When it has not been operated in accordance with the attached instructions for use.
- When it has been operated under other than normal conditions.
- When it has been repaired by persons not authorized by Holzer y Compañía. S.A. de C.V.

In the event that the watch is not under warranty, you may request and pay for repairs, consumables and potential accessories according to the diagnosis of our Customer Service Center.

In which cases can you make a refund and how?

The product can only be returned in the following cases and under the following conditions:

- The watch must be in its original box with all packing materials, manual, sealed warranty and must include any other potential accessories that came with the watch.
- No used watch, or watch showing damage from misuse, will be accepted.
- No customized watch (engraving, or if links are added or reduced to the bracelet) will be accepted.

Case 1: Return for the reason that, when checking the package upon delivery by the courier, it is incomplete or damaged and the watch is damaged or broken. In this case, the Customer must:

1. note on the package delivery receipt, the condition in which the package was received, whether it is broken or mistreated, and the condition of the watch. It should be noted that you must keep the product and not return it to the courier.
2. Contact the Customer Service Center atencion@nivadaswiss.com who will send you a free guide for the return of the product.
3. Once the watch has been received by the Customer Service Center, it will undergo a review within 7 working days to ensure that it meets all of the above elements in order for the return of the watch to apply and therefore the refund of the money paid (according to the terms detailed in the "Refund" section).

Case 2: Return due to manufacturing defect or malfunction found after having received the package correctly and within the term of warranty

In this case, the Customer must:

1. contact the Customer Service Center atencion@nivadaswiss.com who will send him/her a free guide for the return of the product once the watch is received by the Customer Service Center, it will undergo a review within 7 working days to ensure that it complies with all the above elements so that if applicable the warranty service is applied and the watch is repaired, and it is reshipped to him/her (according to the terms detailed in the Warranty section).

Case 3: Return by decision of the Customer In this case:

1. The return shall be made in accordance with the LFPC law*.
2. The Customer will have to send the product to the Customer Service Center by the parcel of his choice and will be responsible for the cost of freight and insurance.
3. Once the watch has been received by the Customer Service Center, it will undergo a review within 7 working days to ensure that all of the above elements are met in order for the return of the watch to apply and therefore the refund of the money paid (according to the terms detailed in the "Refund" section).
The return of any product purchased in the online store can only be done digitally. It is therefore impossible to return goods in physical stores except to the Nivada Swiss Customer Service Center.
